Clients get the same high level technicians and support, without monthly or weekly visits. We encourage our clients to have a ‘Health Check’ visit once a quarter, to help keep IT systems running reliably and ensure best practices.
A quarterly ‘Health Check’ gives you and your team the chance to meet with your assigned technician, to talk through any issues you may be experiencing, and at the same time make sure that all your computers are running smoothly and securely. Contracts start from £39 per month excluding VAT.
Reactive support contracts include:
- More remote support minutes than bigger plans for same cost.
- Fixed rate hourly charges
- Quarterly ‘Health Check’ visit (optional)
- Buying advice to save on procurement costs
- Rapid response due to small catchment
- Simple online helpdesk system or log requests over the phone
