About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll support our clients’ IT needs, providing 1st and 2nd line support both remotely and on-site. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT systems, networking, and customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to clients remotely and on-site.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Teams.
- Configure and manage Windows operating systems.
- Manage small business networks, including SME-grade routers, network switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Conduct IT health checks and assist with IT upgrades and migrations.
- Maintain excellent documentation and communication.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Windows Environments: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+.
- Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with SME-grade routers, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Field Support: Valid driving license and customer interaction experience.
- General IT Support Skills: Proficiency with remote tools, ticketing systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Intune or MDM solutions.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+).
- Basic PowerShell knowledge.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Organised and proactive, with effective prioritisation.
- Independent and collaborative team player.
