Objectives from new IT solutions
One of the key priorities was to find a solution which would enable employees to work remotely without compromising productivity or adding complexity. As new employees joined the workforce, some of the communal files on the server needed to be restricted to only enable access by certain staff. At the same time, it was important that documents could be safely and securely accessed by staff working remotely, off-site.
Visual Synergy needed an IT company who could not only manage the day-to-day needs of the business, but also help plan for the future; explaining benefits of contemporary solutions and implement them with minimal disruption and cost.

After discussing the various price plans available, it was felt that the ‘Proactive Plan’ was a great fit for what Visual Synergy needed.
