20 days holiday + bank holidays. Monday to Friday, mix of GMT and China Standard time working hours. 8 hours per day, with hour for lunch.

Based in Aylesbury, we are a small team supporting small to medium sized businesses within the Aylesbury Vale and beyond. With a strong ethical ethos, and a desire to provide the best customer service, our customers value us as much as they would their own staff members.
About the role:
We are looking for team members to work with us long term, on a full time basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day with shifts to suit China Standard Time and GMT. Flexibility to do additional planned work on occasional evenings or weekends, according to business needs, but always being mindful of your personal commitments and social working hours. Team member will handle requests from clients and escalate where appropriate.
You will be expected to share the day to day responsibilities for providing our clients with highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day support with English and Chinese speaking clients.
- Project Management and outsourced IT management of clients.
- Helpdesk support for English and Chinese speaking clients.
About you:
We are looking for someone keen to learn the IT support business, with an interest in computers and IT in general. This role will include extensive training and opportunities to shadow experienced IT support engineers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Both Chines and English communications skills
- Familiar and able to work with Chinese tenant IT infrastructure
- Ability to support Chinese customers through phone calls and remote session
- Ability to work closely with any outsource vendors internet service providers and Lenovo, apple other supportive Chinese partners
- Ability to make IT-related guidelines and documentation in both Chinese and English
- Cross-team collaboration
- Logical and Technical thinking
- Understanding of on-premises and cloud computing
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS
- Good understanding of Active Directory and domain services
- Understanding Networking and virtualization, including Chinese internet restrictions/firewalls
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 admin centres
- Excellent management, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent observation and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Skills and experience that would be beneficial:
- Good Understanding of Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Good understanding of Synology NAS or equivalent
- Understanding Chinese to International internet infrastructure
- Microsoft MDM, Intune or equivalent deployment tools
