As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll support our clients’ IT needs, providing 1st and 2nd line support both remotely and on-site. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT systems, networking, and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  1. Microsoft 365 Administration: Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
  2. Windows Environments: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+.
  3. Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with SME-grade routers, switches, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  4. Field Support: Valid driving license and customer interaction experience.
  5. General IT Support Skills: Proficiency with remote tools, ticketing systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
