We do this automatically at the end of each month, and will update our website to show just much our clients are saving, by not losing time which has already been paid for as part of their contract. We provide state of the art remote support tools to ensure we are on your computer and helping you within seconds of receiving your call, at no extra cost to you. At the start of the support contract, we prepare all computers and servers prior to your need for support, so the first 5 minutes of each call are not wasted getting on to your systems remotely.
When you sign up to a support plan, we conduct an in-depth IT Systems Audit on our first day of supporting you, at no extra charge (not included with Reactive plan). The purpose of this is to familiarise ourselves with your IT, learning as much as possible about how your business operates, and how the IT aids you. We then examine all the data audited and present our findings in an easy to understand, jargon free document, to help you to address any shortfalls or concerns we have. This document will tell you a huge amount about your IT systems and how they work, and this document then belongs to you. We don’t believe in holding our clients hostage by keeping secrets about how things work, or what the passwords are to their systems. Our IT technicians act as a member of your team; as your dedicated IT manager, which means that we aim to know as much as we can about your business’ and team members’ needs by day two of starting working with you. Most other IT companies would take years to achieve this, and we all know how frustrating it can be to try and explain a problem to someone who doesn't understand what you need.
